The union of art and technological innovation: Technarte, coming soon to Bilbao
Technarte, the international conference on art and technology will be held in Bilbao on 19 and 20 May: It’s an opportunity to enjoy innovating contents, generating exciting new synergies between professionals by merging art and technology. This union between art and technology is paving the way for new disciplines and fields of artistic exploration including nanoart, 3D-printing, interactive installations, art and robotics, bioart, immersive 3D development, mobile art, smart materials and augmented hyper-reality, and many, many others.
We’d like to draw your attention to a few of the lectures on the Technarte programme that are in some way related to nerei emotional intelligent and our Birloki System project. Firstly, there’s Elena Corchero‘s talk “Empowering smart consumerism for a stronger economy” in which she will discuss the coexistence between traditional handcrafts and humanless production lines led by IoT and artificial intelligence.
Secondly, Neil Leach will be discussing “Swarm intelligence: the Architecture of Multi-Agent Systems.
And last but not least, there’s “Body Architectures: 3D printed interactive designs”, a talk by architect and interactive designer Behnaz Farahi exploring the potential of interactive environments and their relationship with the human body.
